Weekend Snow

Bella enjoying the snow

Bella trying to help the

weeping willow that uprooted

itself due to a heavy coating of ice

Now she's riding the tree!!

our road

the flower garden snowed in

It started early Friday morning with snow for about 15 minutes then turned to sleet and finally back to snow later in the morning.  Then snowed all day and lightly into Saturday morning.  We ended up with 7 1/2", most snow we've had a one time since 1996!

Roses to Brighten the Day!

Roses from our garden in years past to brighten this cold, cold winter day.  I will be so glad when spring gets here!

Dreaming of Spring

Pictures are of our tree peonies blooming in years past.  We had a dusting of snow yesterday and cold temperatures to go along with it.  Sure makes one wish spring was closer!

Lets Go for A Drive

We finally had a warm and dry enough day for Bella to get out in her new car.  She was so thrilled!

Christmas Ornament

Now that I'm getting ready to start Bella's Christmas ornament for 2015 I realized I never posted a picture of 2014's.  I think Elsa & Anna from Frozen is her favorite so far!

Bella's New Chair

My brother made Bella a chair out of 2 wooden spools this spring and we have finally gotten it painted.  Bella's request was pink and purple stripes and she had to help paint!!!

our blank slate

Saturday - painting the pink stripes

finally done with them

Sunday - painting the purple stripes

She is one very happy little girl!

Have you ever painted with an almost 5 year old???????????? She would paint a little while and then go catch butterflies and then come back and paint some more and then go play with the cat!   LOL
