Blooms, Blooms & More Blooms

The last week and a half of 80 degree temps have made the garden spring to life with so much beauty. Now to start mowing and weeding. The garden always looks so good fresh from mowing and then rain.

Aunt Mary's bush

Texas Rose -- looks like yellow pom poms

this bush is awesome and keeps spreading more and more

Carolina Jasmine
has toppled this windmill more than once
and keeps on growing

I hope you have enjoyed some of our flowering bushes and trees. There was nothing more enjoyable than walking through the garden taking pictures and smelling the lilacs during allergy season. Our allergy counts have been in the 300s the last few days. Sneeze, picture, sneeze, picture, etc.

  1. Ahhhh, I love the smell of lilacs. The Texas Rose is really pretty. I love this time of year, except for the pollen.
